The Shepherd’s Hand is not simply a “business” with “staff” who do all the work. Rather, we are a community of servants, a few employed and the vast majority volunteering.

• Serve food, wash dishes, or fold laundry
• Sit and talk with guests, perhaps sponsoring a Bible study
• Sort donations or organize the facility
• Help people fill out application forms for housing, sobriety treatment, or other services
• And much more – We have lots of creative friends!
